400mm contiguous piles to create a retaining wall for a basement which included a dropped level for a swimming pool.
The basement had depths of up to 4.5M and then a three story house was built on top. As you can see in the pictures the walls were temporarily propped during the dig out, which meant they could have smaller piles to save as much space as possible.
