In August 2022, Cannon Piling began work for CField Construction on the Quayside Lodge scheme in London. The full package comprised 251 CFA load‑bearing piles and 308 secant wall piles, amounting to 12 weeks of on‑site works. Installing Contiguous Pile Wall for a basement structure in Waggon Road, Barnet
Cannon Piling installed 400mm CFA piles to form a retaining contiguous pile wall for a basement structure, which included a dropped level to accommodate a swimming pool. The basement excavation reached depths of up to 4.5m, with a three‑storey house constructed above on completion.
